Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $6.99 — FREE on orders over $75
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at support@toidassyroi.site and we’ll make it right.
Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier office first, then reach out to us within 7 days so we can help.
